Thank you so much for joining Pema by practicing peace on her 76th birthday. Join, nearly, 10,000 friends from Iran to Uganda, will be joining Ani Pema in retreat. She'll be delighted by your interest and support. What a great birthday gift this will be.
Here's the link to the video of Pema giving meditation instruction and suggestions on how to schedule the day. Because you'll be participating from all over the world, you can start and end your retreat whenever you want. This video is 35 minutes long, and you can watch it whenever you want.
